The Canadian Postal Service is commissioning new stamps for their “Permanent” collection. This includes a unique set of four stamps, encompassing different themes, moods, and stories that are relevant to the Canadian public in some way. Moving away from the traditional “Canadiana” - the postal service would like themes as unique as the designers themselves. This can include environment, science, architecture, landscape, fantasy, literary themes, heritage themes, sports, events, and more. It is up to each designer to research, sketch and execute their own theme.
